01 · Booking

How booking works.

Send us an enquiry through the website. We'll reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and share full pricing, deposit details, and payment instructions.

A booking deposit holds your date. A separate refundable camera security deposit is taken before the kit ships. Full details, amounts, and payment methods are provided in our booking confirmation.

Nothing ships until all deposits are received.

02 · Cancellation

When you can change your mind.

  • 30+ days before your event: full refund of the booking deposit.
  • Under 30 days: the booking deposit is retained. Any other payments are refunded.
  • If we cancel (equipment issues, courier strike, force majeure): we refund everything in full.

Date changes are free if requested 30+ days out and we have availability for the new date.

03 · Shipping & rental period

When the kit arrives, when it goes back.

The kit ships approximately one week before your event. You're responsible for being available to receive it (signed-for delivery via courier).

The rental window is centred around your event date. Return shipping is included via a pre-paid waybill inside the kit. Our courier collects from your address.

Late returns may incur extension fees, which will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

04 · Damage & loss

What the security deposit covers.

Accidental damage (spills, drops, scratches in normal use) is covered by our basic insurance. Your security deposit comes back in full.

Deliberate damage, loss, or theft comes off the security deposit.

What you don't pay for: kit that arrives damaged, accessories breaking under normal use, or camera failures due to age or electrical faults.

05 · Edit & delivery

When the film lands in your inbox.

Edit timelines vary by package and are confirmed at booking. Films are delivered as a private Vimeo link, yours to download, share, or embed. No expiry, no watermarks.

One round of revisions is included. Additional revision rounds are available at a fee outlined in your booking confirmation.

If a camera malfunctioned and there's no usable footage, we'll discuss your options directly and discount accordingly.

06 · Footage rights

The film is yours.

The raw footage your guests capture, and the final edit we produce, belong to you. We don't retain rights for portfolio use, social media, or marketing without your explicit written permission.

If we want to feature a clip from your event, we'll ask first. The default answer is no.

07 · Liability

What we're on the hook for.

We do our best to ship a working kit, edit it well, and deliver on time. We're not liable for: a guest forgetting to press record, footage being unusable due to user error, or courier delays outside our control.

Our maximum liability under any booking is the total amount paid to us for that booking. We're not liable for any consequential or indirect losses.

08 · Changes & disputes

If we update these terms.

The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you paid the booking deposit.
